Dear Sir or Madam,
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on
Securities Market and Chapter 18-10 of the Updated Standards Collection
(RAN) of the Commission for the Financial Market, the following is reported:
By official ceremony of change of cabinet led by His Excellency the President of
the Republic, Mr. Gabriel Boric Font, today, March 10, 2023, has been informed the
appointment of Mrs. Jessica López Saffie as Minister of Public Works,
leaving vacant the position of President of the Banco del Estado de Chile. It is also
reports that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the Organic Law of the Bank
of the State of Chile, will correspond to the Vice President, Mr. Daniel Hojman Trujillo,
to subrogate her as Deputy President. This surrogacy will be maintained
in force until the appointment of the new incumbent President.
