Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and the
Article 18 of Law N*”20.712, being duly authorized, I inform as
Essential Fact regarding Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (“Banchile
AGF”), as follows:
At Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors N%9, held on November 7, 2022,
the Board adopted the following resolutions that will become effective as of this date:
i) To accept the resignation from the position of Director presented by Mr. Julio Guzmán
Herrera, who will take over as Advisor to the Board of Directors;
ii) Accept the resignation presented by the General Manager of Banchile AGF, Mr.
Andrés Lagos Vicuña;
iii) To appoint Mr. Andrés Lagos as Director of this Management Company.
Vicuna; and
iv) Finally, to appoint Mrs. Gabriela Gurovich Camhi as General Manager of
Banchile AGF.
