for the Financial Market, as an essential fact the following information regarding
of Azul Azul S.A:
On January 26, the meeting of the Ordinary Board of Directors of the
month of December, opportunity in which he was appointed as Director of the society, don
Héctor Humeres Noguer, representing the University of Chile. The above, as
proposal of the Rector of said distribution, and in compliance with the current statutes
of the company, its nomination being approved unanimously by all the directors
present.
