Today, the Company placed dematerialized and bearer bonds on the local market.

of Commission Securities under No. 1.121 (hereinafter the “Series A Bonds”). Series A Bonds
accrue interest of 6.00% per annum, maturing on September 15, 2032. The average rate
of placement of Series A Bonds was 6.00%. The placement of the Series A Bonds was carried out
for a total sum of 400,000 Development Units.
