10* of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in the General Rule
No 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, is communicated as
essential fact that the Board of Directors of Azimut Investments S.A General Administrator
of Funds (the Company”), agreed to summon an ordinary meeting of shareholders, to
Held on April 27, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. remotely, which will have
for purpose to deal with and pronounce on the following matters:
The matters to be discussed at the Ordinary Meeting are:
1) To decide on the memory, the balance sheet, financial statements and report of
the external auditors for the year ended 31
December 2021.
) The treatment of the results of the financial year 2021
Appoint the external auditors for the 2022 review
) To know any other matter of social interest that is of competence
of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting

remote voting mechanisms, in accordance with the Character Standard
General N%435 issued by the Commission for the Financial Market.
