Azimut Investments S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”), which is indicated to
continuation:
That today Mr. Alessandro Giovanni Citterio submitted his resignation to the
position of general manager of the Company for reasons of a personal nature, which will be effective
on May 20, 2022.
The aforementioned resignation was accepted at an extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of
the Company held on the same date.
