From our consideration:
By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of the
Article 10? of Law No. 18.045 and in Circulars N%s 991 and 662 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, duly authorized to do so; and, on behalf of AVLA
SEGUROS DE CRÉDITO Y GARANTÍA S.A. (the “Company” and/or “AVLA Seguros”),
I come to report as an essential fact the following:
By letter dated November 10, 2022, Mr. Francisco Ignacio Fainé Reuss
informed the Chairman of the Board of Directors of his resignation from the position of General Manager of the
Company, which will materialize as of November 30, 2022. In its replacement,
will assume from that date, Mrs. Gabriela Azócar Gimenez, current Commercial Manager of
Guarantees of AVLA Seguros, as General Manager of the Company.
The foregoing will be formalized at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Company, to be held on November 24, 2022.
