corporate reorganization in which the Company is located, in the month of December 2022, the
The Company carried out the following corporate acts:
l Sale of 100% of the shares held by him in Creditú Administradora de
Mutuos Hipotecarios S.A. to Creditú Bermuda Holding Ltd.;
ii. Sale of 100% of the shares held in AVLA Servicios SpA to AVLA
Insurance Holding Ltd.;
li. Sale of 100% of the shares he held in Inversiones Los Cinco Avanzada
S.A. to Creditú Bermuda Holding Ltd.; and
iv. Contribution of 100% of the shares held by Inversiones AVLA Seguros
S.A. to AVLA Bermuda Holding Corp Ltd.
