Pursuant to Articles 9 hereby? and 10% of the Law
18.045 on the Securities Market, and with the instructions contained in the General Standard
No 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, on behalf of the company CAPITAL
EXPRESS CORREDORES DE BOLSA DE PRODUCTOS S.A. (formerly, “AVLA Corredores de Bolsa de
Productos S.A.”), Rol Unico Tributario N* 76.268.236-2 (hereinafter, also the “Company”), I come in
inform, as an essential fact, that at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company,
held on April 26, 2022, it was agreed, among other matters of its knowledge,
The following:
1. Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Auditors’ Report
External, corresponding to the year 2021;
2. Do not distribute dividends charged to the profits of the year 2021;
3. Appointment of the firm Deloitte as external auditors for the period 2022;
4. Designation of the electronic newspaper El Líbero (www.ellibero.cl) for publications
mandatory of the year 2021; and:
5. Report on transactions between related parties, as provided in Article 44 of the
Law 18.064 on Corporations.
