By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph
Article 10* of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of
AVANTE Renta Inmobiliaria RAM Il Fondo de Inversión (the “Fund”), the distribution of the
provisional dividend N* 01 charged to the Net Profits Received for the year 2023.
The total amount to be distributed amounts to $ 196,232,985.-, which is equivalent to
to $523.28796 for each installment subscribed and paid that is entitled to dividend to date
of payment indicated below: The dividend will be paid by transfer to the
Bank current account that the contributor has indicated, as of March 30,
2023, those contributors who are registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the payment ceiling, at
pro rata to the number of quotas held by them at that date.
