Article 10* of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me

AVANTE Renta Inmobiliaria RAM Il Fondo de Inversión (the “Fund”), the distribution of the
provisional dividend N* 04 charged to the Net Profits Received for the year 2022.
The total amount to be distributed amounts to $ 193,677,081.-, which is equivalent to
to $516.472216 for each installment subscribed and paid that is entitled to a dividend to the
