By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and in the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of
Avante Private Debt and Preferred Capital Investment Fund (the “Fund”), distribution
of provisional dividend N” 01 charged to net profits received for the year
2023.
The total amount to be distributed amounts to $ 199,476,493.-, which is equivalent to
