Dear Sir or Madam,
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, in Article 9* e
second paragraph of Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, as
provided for in General Rule No. 30 of that Commission, finding myself
duly empowered for this purpose, I hereby communicate to you,
as an Essential Fact of Avante Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (in
hereinafter, the “Company”), the following:
That, at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company Held
On April 21, 2022, it was agreed among other matters of its knowledge
The following:
1. The Annual Report, Financial Statements of the Company and the Report of the
external auditors for the year ended December 2021;
2. It was agreed not to distribute dividends because no profits were made
liquid at the end of 2021;
3. The Dividend Policy for 2022 was agreed;
4. It was agreed to appoint the external audit firm Surlatina auditors
Limited as external auditors of the Company for the financial year 2022.
5. Transactions with related parties of the
Company in accordance with Title XVI of the Law on Corporations during the
2021 financial year;
