Ref.: Informs agreement of distribution of provisional dividends
From our consideration:
At the Board Meeting of Autofin S.A., held on December 27, 2022, it was agreed
the distribution of a provisional dividend, charged to the net profits of the financial year 2022,
for the sum of $4,000,000,002.-, unit equivalent of $1,053.427749.- pesos per share.
This provisional dividend will be paid by voucher, check or transfer
electronic, as previously instructed by the Shareholders, as of January 27, 27
2023. Any Shareholder registered in the register shall be entitled to receive this dividend.
at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which the
Payment, in proportion to the number of shares held by them at that date. It is also empowered
to the General Manager to make the pertinent communications to the gentlemen
Shareholders.
