By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 paragraph
second of Law N* 18.045, and Section Il of the General Rule N2 30 of the Commission for
The Financial Market, on behalf of Autofin S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), communicated to
you, as an essential fact, the following:
That on April 26, 2022, Mr. Clemente Ochagavía Balbontín has presented his
voluntary resignation from the position of General Manager of Autofin S.A., who will exercise his functions until
on April 30. In its place, the Board of Directors of the Company, in Ordinary Session of the Board of Directors.
held on the same day April 26, has appointed as General Manager Mr. Jorge Andrés Prieto
Izquierdo, with effect from May 1, 2022.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, I further inform you that Mr. Clemente Ochagavia Balbontín
will continue to advise the Company’s Board of Directors, acting as external advisor to the Board.
