Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10″ of the Law
18.045 of the Securities Market, and General Standards Nos. 275 and 30 of that
Commission for the Financial Market, hereby and being duly
empowered, I come to report the following RELEVANT FACT of the company Auren
Auditores y Consultores SpA (indistinctly “Auren” or the “Company”), registered in the
Register of External Audit Companies maintained by that Commission under N* 033.
Today, it has been completed with the acts through which, it has materialized
the departure of shareholder Waldo Catalán Fuentes. The above is part of a plan of
Mr. Catalán’s retirement, after a long and successful career in the audit industry,
reason why, the Board of Directors of the Society, extends its most sincere and profound
Thanks for all the years within the organization. Mr. Catalan will assume
a more secondary function for a defined time, until his total retirement and retirement.
