Unanimity the transformation from a joint stock company to a liability company

-Copy of deed of sale of shares dated December 27, 2022.
-Copy of deed of Transformation of the company Auditores, Consultores Nawrath SpA to Nawrath
Auditors, Certificadores Limited dated January 03, 2023, granted at the Notary of Santiago
by Doña María Soledad Lascar Merino, repertoire N*107-2023.
-Registration of transformation that rolls to Pages 5,593 Number 2,603 in the Registry of Commerce of the
Real Estate Conservator of Santiago dated January 16, 2022.
-Extract of transformation published in the Official Journal in Edition N*43.454 dated January 18
of the year 2023.
