Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18? of the Law
N? 20.712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, Article 9? and the
second paragraph of article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby communicate to you the following information as
Essential Fact regarding the Atlanta Independence Investment Fund (the “Fund”).
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the management company
of the Fund, Independencia Internacional AGF S.A (the “Administrator”), held on 13
May 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors, charged to
the Net Profits Received corresponding to the fiscal year 2022, for the total amount of USD
$1,870,951.48 according to the following detail by Series of installments:
a. Series A, for the total amount of USD $1,578,281.98 which, considering the number of
quotas entitled to receive dividends at the date of the Board of Directors,
equals USD $0.194274 per installment.
a. Series B, for the total amount of USD $ 292,669.5 which, considering the number of
quotas entitled to receive dividends at the date of the Board of Directors,
equals USD $0.195113 per installment.
The payment of this dividend will be made as of May 19, 2022, and
all contributors registered in the respective Registry on the fifth business day will be entitled to it.
prior to the date of payment, i.e. 13 May 2022, in proportion to the number of instalments of which
are holders at that date, by means of deposit in the bank account indicated by the Contributor
to the Administrator.
