Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18? of Law No.
20.712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, Article 9? and the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, being duly authorized, by the
I hereby communicate to you the following information as an Essential Fact with respect to the Fund of
Investment Independence Atlanta (the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the management company of the
Fund, Independencia Internacional AGF S.A (the “Administrator”), held on April 25, 2022,
it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors, charged to Net Profits
Received corresponding to the year 2022, for the total amount of USD $ 518,239.56 according to the
Next detail by Series of quotas:
a. Series A, for the total amount of USD $437,193.06 which, considering the number of installments
entitled to receive dividends on the date of the Board of Directors, equals USD
$0.053815 per fee.
a. Series B, for the total amount of USD $ 81,046.5 which, considering the number of installments with
right to receive dividends on the date of the Board of Directors, equals USD
$0.054031 per fee.
The payment of this dividend will be made as of May 2, 2022, and will have
right to it all those contributors registered in the respective Registry on the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment, that is, by 26 April 2022, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date, by
means of deposit in the bank account that the Contributor has indicated to the Administrator.
