By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of the
Article 10 of Law N* 18.045, and duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Assurant
Chile Compañía de Seguros Generales S.A. (the “Company”), I inform you, in the character
in fact essential with respect to the Company, the following:
At the Board meeting held on June 30, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed
the appointment of Mr. Gabriel Fuoco as Director of the Society, replacing the
resigned director Mr. Héctor Martín Cella. We also inform that Mr. Gabriel
Fuoco proceeded to assume his duties as director as of June 30, 2022.
