Ref.: Summons to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the
Society.
Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of article 9% and second paragraph of the
Article 10* of Law N* 18.045, and duly authorized by the Board of Directors of ASSURANT
CHILE COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS GENERALES S.A. (the “Company”), I inform you, in
essential factual character with respect to the Company which, in ordinary session held on
Today, the Board of Directors of the Company has agreed to summon an ordinary meeting of shareholders
for next April 25, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Company
located at Avenida Cerro El Plomo N* 5420, office 501, commune of Las Condes,
Santiago.
1. Approval of the Financial Statements and the Annual Report for the financial year in question
ended on 31 December 2021 and consideration of the report of the external auditors;
Distribution of profits for the year ended December 31, 2021, and in
special on the distribution of dividends recorded in that period;
Determination of directors’ remuneration;
Appointment of External Auditors for the financial year 2022;
Designation of Risk Classifiers for the year 2022;
Information on related party transactions referred to in
Article 147 of Law No. 18.046; and
Other matters of social interest and competence of the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.

The Board also agreed that, under the provisions of the Character Standard,
General N-435 and Circular Letter N-1141, both issued by that Commission on March 18
of 2020, and if circumstances so warrant, participation in this meeting
of shareholders of the Company is carried out remotely or remotely according to the
