Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of Asset
– Crescent Investment Fund (the “Fund”), which in ordinary meeting of Asset’s board of directors
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), the distribution was agreed
by the Fund of a dividend in the amount of US$ 145,488 to Contributors who
are entitled to a dividend on the date of payment indicated below.
The payment of the provisional dividend indicated will be made from the
February 1, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company located in
calle Rosario Norte N* 615, Oficina 1801, comuna de Las Condes, Santiago, de Lunes a
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Contributors who are registered in the registry
corresponding to the 5* business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments of
that are holders on that date, in cash, voucher or check.
