Dear Sir or Madam:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph
of article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, I hereby inform
You as an Essential Fact of Asset Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the
“Administrator”), which in board meeting held yesterday, December 21
of 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend charged to the profits of this
for the total amount of $5,716.13665 per share, totaling the sum of
$300,000,000.
The payment of this dividend will be made from December 23
of 2022 and all those shareholders who are registered in 2022 will be entitled to it.
the Administrator’s Shareholders’ Register at midnight on the fifth business day
prior to the payment date indicated above. This payment will be made by deposit
in the current account indicated by the shareholder to the Administrator.
