Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10% of the
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of Article 18% of Law No. 20.712
on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, finding myself properly
empowered to do so, I hereby communicate to you, in fact,
essential that in Board Session of Asset Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter,
the “Company”), held on November 9, 2022, submitted its resignation to the
Directory of Mr. Matías de Bourguignon Covarrubias. It is also noted that the
Board of Directors unanimously agreed to vacate the position of Director for the time being, pending the
Designation of a replacement.
Consequently, the Board of Directors of the Company was composed of the
Messrs. Georges Antoine de Bourguignon Arndt, Jean Paul de Bourguignon Arndt, Gonzalo
Cristian Fanjul Dominguez and César Jorge Barros Montero.
