Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of Substance
of Investment ASSET Residential Income (the “Fund”), which in ordinary session of
directory of Asset Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”),
held on October 26, 2022, it was agreed, the distribution by the Fund
of a dividend in the amount of $603,010,376 equivalent to $188 for each installment
subscribed and paid that is entitled to a dividend on the date of payment indicated to
continuation.
The payment of this dividend will be made from the 16th of
November 2022 and all those contributors who appear will be entitled to it.
registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth business day
prior to the payment date, that is, at midnight on November 10, 2022.
Such payment shall be made (i) by deposit into the current account indicated by the
contributor to the Administrator, or (ii) will be sent to the address informed by the contributor,
if requested. After 2 days from the date of payment referred to, the payment
will be held at the offices of the quota department of DCV Registros, located at
Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, Torre Nueva Santa María, Providencia.
