As set out in Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10?
of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and the provisions of General Rule No.
30 of that Commission, being duly empowered to do so, hereby
I come to communicate to you, as an Essential Fact of Asset General Administrator of
Fondos S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), the following:
That, at the Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 12
of 2022, it was agreed, among other matters, to convene the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company,
and to quote it for April 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at the offices of the Company located
in Rosario Norte street N* 615, office 1801, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to
pronounce on the matters specific to this type of Shareholders’ Meetings, in accordance with
to the provisions of Article 56 of Title VI of Law No. 18,046, on Corporations.
In addition, I inform you that, if the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting is not possible to hold it in the
dependencies of the Society, remote participation and voting will be allowed in accordance with the
General Rule No. 435 and Circular No. 1141, both dated March 18
of 2020 of that Commission.
