From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of section v.A of General Standard N?
275 issued by the Commission for the Financial Market (the “Commission”, dated 19
January 2010, as amended by General Standard No. 355 dated 2
December 2013, we communicate the following relevant fact in relation to ARTL CHILE
AUDITORES SpA, Rol Único Tributario N* 76.073.255-9, registered in the Registry of
External Audit Companies under the N? 2 (“ARTL”).
On this same date, December 19, 2022, ARTL’s shareholders approved
transform ARTL from a joint stock company into a limited liability company.
Therefore, and as an effect of the aforementioned transformation, the new corporate name of ARTL
corresponds to “ARTL CHILE AUDITORES LIMITADA”.
We note that without prejudice to the aforementioned transformation, ARTL will maintain full
continuity in its turn and the same Single Tax Role, since this transformation only
corresponds to a change of legal nature or social type of ARTL, subsisting its
Legal personality for all legal purposes.
Legal background supporting the facts reported above will be forwarded
to the Commission in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned General Standard N*275,
once the corresponding legal formalities and formalities have been completed.
