for the Financial Market (the “Commission”) under number 002, hereby
Step to inform:
As communicated to the Commission by essential facts dated May 2 and 4
of 2022, the incorporation as partners (shareholders) of the Company of the
Mr. Roberto Muñoz Galaz, Mr. Víctor Bobadilla Mansilla and Mr. Jonathan Ortiz Gálvez.
By virtue of the foregoing and having completed the procedures relating to entry and registration
of the new partners (shareholders) of the Company in its Register of Shareholders, the
shares in the Company have been as follows:
