From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of
third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, by the
this Link Capital Partners Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), in its capacity as
administrator of Arrayán Acciones Chilenas Fondo de Inversión (the “Eondo”), reports as an essential fact the
next:
In the ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of the Administrator, held on May 24, 2022,
agreed to distribute a final dividend amounting to the total amount of CLP 2,722,046,715 by the number
of dues subscribed and paid at midnight on the 5th business day preceding the date fixed for payment, with
charge to the Net Profit Received in the year 2021 (the “Definitive Dividend”).
The Final Dividends will be paid by electronic transfer in the current accounts
previously informed by the Contributors, as of June 24, 2022. They will be entitled to the dividend
all those Contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors of the Fund, at midnight
on the fifth business day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to its participation in the Fund to that
date.
