By virtue of the provisions of art. 9 and paragraph 22 of art. 10 of Law 18,045 and the provisions of Section II of General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly authorized, I come to inform the following regarding the company Embotelladora Andina S.A. (the “Company” or the “Company”), its businesses, its public offering securities or the offer thereof, As an essential fact:
INTERIM DIVIDEND
As authorized at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 13 of this year, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 27, 2022, agreed to the distribution of the following sums as a provisional dividend:
a) $29.0 (twenty-nine pesos) for each Series A share; and
b) $31.9 (thirty-one point nine pesos) for each Series B share.
This dividend will be paid against the results of the 2022 financial year, and will be available to shareholders as of January 27, 2023, closing the Shareholders’ Registry for the purposes of its payment, on the fifth business day prior to that date.
