From our consideration,
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of the Law
18.045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of the Standard of
General Character N” 30, and of what is indicated in the Ordinary Letter N”
38494 dated April 25, 2023, we complement you in character
of Essential Fact, that on April 20, 2023, the company
Turística Volcán Osorno S.A., RUT N” 96.934.090-9 held Junta
Extraordinary Shareholders in order to increase capital
social for Andacor S.A. Rut 91.400.000-9 to enter the
same through the subscription and payment of the new shares of
payment issued, within the term and conditions established by the Board.
The entry of Andacor S.A. into this company is for the purpose of
manage the concession of the Osorno Volcano Mountain Center,
located in the commune of Puerto Varas, Los Lagos Region.
To this end, we complement by informing the following:
1) The term of the concession maintained by the tourist society
Volcán Osorno S.A. to operate the Osorno Volcano Mountain Center
located in the commune of Puerto Varas is for a term of 30 years
since December 12, 2000.
(2) The main conditions established by the Board for
income of Andacor S.A. says relationship with the Tourism Society
Volcán Osorno S.A. must increase the number of subscribed shares
and paid from 393 to 787, of which Andacor S.A must subscribe
and pay 394 shares within 6 months of the aforementioned Meeting.

3) The amount to be paid by Andacor S.A. for the subscription
of the new payment shares issued as a result of the increase in
