From our consideration,
We hereby inform you that in Session
Extraordinary Board of Directors of Ameris Capital General Manager of
Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) held on April 20, 2023,
agreed in relation to Ameris Syndicated Dollar 2 Investment Fund (the
“Fund”), distribute a provisional dividend amounting to the total amount
of US$80,104.98.- charged to the estimated net profit received of the
Fiscal year 2023, according to the following detail:

The payment for the provisional dividend of this Fund shall be paid to
count from Wednesday, April 26, 2023, to those who were
registered in the respective Register of Contributors at midnight of the fifth

holders as of that date; by electronic transfer to the account
Bank current that each contributor indicates.
