From our consideration,
We hereby inform you that in Session
Extraordinary Board of Directors of Ameris Capital General Manager of
Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) held on January 6, 2023,
agreed in relation to Ameris Syndicated Dollar 2 Investment Fund (the “Fund”,
distribute a provisional dividend amounting to the total amount of US$
81,885.09.- charged to the estimated net profit received for the year
2023, according to the following detail:

The payment for the provisional dividend of this Fund shall be paid to
count from Thursday, January 12, 2023, to those who were registered
in the respective contributor register at midnight on the fifth business day

as of that date; by electronic transfer to the current account
bank that each contributor indicates.
