From our consideration,
We hereby inform you that in Session
Extraordinary Board of Directors of Ameris Capital General Manager of
Fondos S.A. (the *Administrator”) held on October 7,
2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend corresponding to Ameris
Syndicated Dollar 2 Investment Fund (the “Fund”), amounting to the amount
total of US$62,498.67 charged to the estimated net profit received of the
Fiscal year 2022, according to the following detail:

Contributor indicates.
