capital decrease of Ameris Syndicated Dollar
2 Investment Fund
From our consideration,
We hereby inform you that in Special Session of
Board of Directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”,
held on July 28, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend
corresponding to Ameris Syndicated Dollar 2 Investment Fund (the “Fund”), ascending
to the total amount of US$20,634.01 charged to the estimated net profit received of the
Fiscal year 2022, according to the following detail:

Additionally, it was agreed in the same Special Session, a reduction
of capital that will be made in an approximate 3.34% of the quota value, taking as a reference
daytime, July 28, 2022; which is equivalent to this date, to a total amount of

The payment for both the provisional dividend and the capital decrease
of this Fund, will be paid as of Monday, August 8, 2022, to which

prior to that date, in proportion to the number of quotas held by them as of that date;
by electronic transfer to the bank current account that each contributor indicates.
