of the Securities Market and in the General Standard No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, I inform you in fact
essential, as follows:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph b) of paragraph 2″ of the article
147 of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations, in a session held on
April 21, 2023 the Board of Directors of Ameris Securitizadora S.A. (“Company”
or “Securitizadora”) agreed to approve the General Policy of Habituality in
Related Party Transactions.
A copy of this policy is attached, which will also be
disposal of shareholders at the Company’s offices and on the site
