From our consideration:
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of article
9″ and in the second paragraph of article 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market and the
referred to in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration of Funds of
Third Parties and Individual Portfolios, we communicate to you as an essential fact of
Ameris Residential Income Investment Fund (the “Fund”), managed by Ameris
Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), the following.
On June 29, 2022, the Fund made an investment in the
company Inmobiliaria Vista Teatinos SpA (the “Company”), for the total amount of
219,182.15 Development Units, becoming the Fund holder of 100% of the total
shares issued by it. With this transaction, the total amount invested by the
Fund in the Society, amounts to 475,507.24 Development Units.
The Company’s only investment is the building located on Calle San
Pablo 1340, in the commune of Santiago, which has 16,169 m? of apartments in 16
floors. For its part, this building corresponds to the third investment of the Fund, after the
investments made in 2018 in the Soho Barrio Italia Building, located in the commune of
Nuñoa and in 2020 in the Park Building, located in the commune of Santiago. These three buildings
will be operated by LAR Group, a company related to BNV.
AMERIS
The sale referred to has been financed with resources from
the placement of quotas from the Fund, under pledge contracts signed with
prior to this date.
On the basis of the foregoing, we consider that the acquisition of
actions referred to by the Fund, in consideration of the quality of the assets involved and
the expected flows will have a positive impact on the Fund.
