definitive of Ameris Real Estate Development VI
Investment Fund
From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of
of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in connection with Article 9° e
second paragraph of article 10%, both of Law No. 18.045; I hereby inform you of the
next SUBSTANTIVE FACT regarding Ameris Desarrollo Inmobiliario VI Fondo
Investment Fund, hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”.
At Ameris Capital’s Extraordinary Board of Directors’ Meeting
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on May 17, 2023,
it was agreed to distribute a dividend in the total amount of Ps. 464,465,145.
Of the total dividend to be distributed, $192,072,519.- will be imputed for
concept of final dividends attributable to net income received (“BNP”)
of fiscal year 2022. Therefore, 90% of the BNP that corresponds to
the Fund’s Internal Rules and Regulations, which were approved at
The Fund’s ordinary shareholders’ meeting was held on May 17. In addition, the following will be paid
272,392,626 as interim dividend attributable to BNP for the fiscal year 2023.

total amount to be distributed by the number of subscribed and paid quotas, that
