By means of the hereby, duly authorized for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions
in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9% and second paragraph of the
Article 10%, both of Law N* 18.045; I communicate to you, the following FACT
ESSENTIAL with respect to Ameris Desarrollo Inmobiliario VI Investment Fund, in
forward the “Fund”.
In Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of Ameris Capital General Manager of
Fondos S.A. held on February 22, 2023, was agreed with respect to this
Fund, distribute a provisional dividend, amounting to the total amount of
$454,523,904.- charged to the estimated net profit received for the year 2023,
distributed among the different series of the Fund, as indicated by
continuation:

The aforementioned provisional dividend will be paid as of Tuesday, February 28,
2023, to contributors who are registered in the register of contributors
at midnight on the fifth working day preceding this date, on a pro rata basis
number of quotas held as at that date; either by payment in
money, nominative check or by electronic transfer, to the account
Bank current that each contributor indicates.
