From our consideration,
By means of the hereby, duly authorized for that purpose, under the provisions of article
18 of Law N*20,712 in relation to Article 9 “and second paragraph of Article 10%, both of
Law No. 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT regarding Ameris
Desarrollo Inmobiliario VI Fondo de Inversión, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
held on August 10, 2022, it was agreed with respect to this Fund, to distribute a
Provisional dividend, amounting to the total amount of Ch$857,430,360.- charged to the profit
estimated net received for the year 2022, distributed among the different series of the Fund, of the
mode as follows:

The aforementioned provisional dividend will be paid as of Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at
Contributors who are registered in the respective Contributor Registry at midnight
of the fifth working day preceding that date, in proportion to the number of quotas held by
that date; either by payment in money, nominative check or by transfer
electronic, to the bank current account that each contributor indicates.
