Ref. Announces dividend distribution and
decrease in capital of Ameris Development
Real Estate Peru Investment Fund
From our consideration,
We hereby inform you that in Special Session of
Board of Directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”,
Held on May 2, 2022, the following was agreed:
1. Dividend Distribution: Distribute a provisional dividend corresponding to
Ameris Real Estate Development Peru Investment Fund (the “Fund”), ascending
to the total amount of Ch$77,617,000 charged to the estimated net profit received of the
Fiscal year 2022, according to the following detail:

2. Reduction of capital of the quota value: Additionally, it was agreed to carry out a
decrease of capital by decreasing the value of the Fund’s quota, in the
terms governed by Chapter X N*2 of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, in the
Form, conditions and term that are indicated below:

The Decrease will be made for a total of $ 237,383,001.-, distributed as
indicates below:

The aforementioned provisional dividend, as well as the capital reduction, will be paid on account
of Monday, May 9, 2022, by bank transfer to the current account
bank of each contributor who has so indicated, who are registered in the
Respective check-in at midnight on the 5th? business day prior to the indicated payment date.
