From our consideration,
By means of the herein, duly authorized for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article
10%, both of Law N* 18.045; I communicate to you, the following ESSENTIAL FACT
with respect to Ameris Private Equity Nordic IX Investment Fund, hereinafter the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos
S.A. held on April 1, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend
amounting to the total amount of €5,803,309.87.- charged to the net profit received
Estimated for the financial year 2022, distributed, as follows:

This dividend will be paid as of Thursday, April 7, 2022, by transfer
bank, to the Contributors who are registered as such in the Register of Contributors of the
Fund at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date of payment, corresponding to
amount resulting from dividing the total amount to be distributed by the number of installments subscribed and
paid, which appear in said Registry on the date indicated above.
