Ameris Parauco Investment Fund
From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of
of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in connection with Article 9° e
second paragraph of article 10°, both of Law No. 18.045; I hereby inform you of the
following material fact with respect to Ameris Parauco Fondo de Inversión,
hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”.
At Ameris Capital’s Extraordinary Board of Directors’ Meeting
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Manager”), entered into with
May 18, 2023, it was resolved to distribute an interim dividend of
corresponding to Ameris Parauco Fondo de Inversión (the “Fund”), the sole and only
exclusively for its Series P, which has a preferential return according to
the provisions of the Fund’s Internal Regulations, attributable to the net income of the Fund.
Perceived (“BNP”) for the Fund’s fiscal year 2023, for a total of $404,579,060.

The aforementioned interim dividend will be paid as of the day of
Wednesday, May 24, 2023, by wire transfer to the following account
current bank account of each contributor who has so indicated, that they are
registered in the respective registry at midnight of the 5th business day prior to the
payment date indicated.
