Ref. Announces dividend distribution of
Ameris Parauco Investment Fund
From our consideration,
By means of the present, duly authorized for that purpose, in
under the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article
9″ and second paragraph of Article 10%, both of Law N*18,045; I communicate to you
the following ESSENTIAL FACT regarding Ameris Parauco Investment Fund,
hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”.
In Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General
de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), held on March 1, 2023,
agreed to distribute an interim dividend corresponding to Ameris Parauco
Investment Fund (the “Fund”), for all Series A thereof, | and P, attributable to
Net Profit Received (“*BNP”) for the year 2022 of the Parauco fund, for a total
of $ 121,809,000.-, and in addition, an additional amount of $ 990,031,412.-, attributable to the
BNP for the financial year 2023; for a total of $1,111,840,412.-, according to the following
detail:

The aforementioned provisional dividend will be paid as of Tuesday, 7
of March 2023, by electronic transfer to the current account
bank of each contributor who has indicated it, who are registered
in the respective registration at midnight of the 5″ business day prior to the date of
Payment indicated.
