Ref. Announces dividend distribution of
Ameris Parauco Investment Fund
From our consideration,
By means of the present, duly authorized for that purpose, in
under the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article
9″ and second paragraph of Article 10%, both of Law N*18,045; I communicate to you the
next ESSENTIAL FACT regarding Ameris Parauco Investment Fund, in
forward the “Fund”.
In Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General
of Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) held on October 5, 2022,
agreed to distribute an interim dividend corresponding to Ameris Parauco Fund
of Investment (the “Fund”), only for Series A and l, attributable to the Profit
Net Received (‘BNP’) from previous years of the Fund or to profits that may
not be considered within the definition of BNP, for a total of
$ 1,283,000,000.-, according to the following detail:

The aforementioned provisional dividend shall be paid as of Wednesday,
October 12, 2022, by electronic transfer to the current account
