From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of
of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9? y
Article 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045; I communicate to you, the following
ESSENTIAL FACT regarding Ameris NM Guardian lil Investment Fund (in
forward the “Fendo”).
By agreement of the board of directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General
de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) agreed to summon the Ordinary Assembly of
Fund contributors, to be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 09:00
hours in first summons, and at 09:15 hours, in second summons -in case of
that in the first summons the sufficient quorum will not be reached- in Avenida El
Golf N*82, 5th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, those contributors being able to
who so wish, participate by videoconference (the “Assembly”).
The purpose of the Assembly is to deal with the following matters:
1 To approve the annual account of the Fund to be submitted by the Administration.
on the management and administration of the Fund, approve the
corresponding financial statements and agree on the distribution of
two, if applicable;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration;

3. To approve the budget of expenses and revenues of the Supervisory Committee;
4. To appoint, from among a list of three candidates proposed by the Supervisory Committee:
the external audit firm of those registered in the Register that
for this purpose it leads the Commission for the Financial Market;
5. Appoint the independent expert or valuers required
to enhance the Fund’s investments; and
6. In general, any matter of common interest of the contributors who
is not typical of an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors.
The contributors who are entitled to participate in the Assembly will have the right to participate in the Assembly.
are registered in the Register of contributors at midnight on the fifth day
working prior to the date of its celebration.

are available in the Instructions for Participation by Remote Means at
Assemblies of contributors of the Administrator, available on the website
www.ameris.cl.
