Ref. Announces dividend distribution and
capital decrease of Ameris NM Guardian Il
Investment Fund
From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
provided in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in relation to Article 9″ and subsection
second of Article 10%, both of Law No. 18,045; I communicate to you, the following
ESSENTIAL FACT regarding Ameris NM Guardian lll Investment Fund, in
forward the “Fund”.
In Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of Ameris Capital Administradora General
of Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) held on October 21, 2022,
agreed on this Fund:
1 Distribute a provisional dividend, amounting to the amount of US$
410,585.51.-, charged to the estimated net profit received for the year 2022,
to be distributed among the four instalments of this Fund as follows:

2. Make a decrease in capital, by reducing the value quota
of the Fund, in the terms regulated by Chapter X number TWO, of the
internal regulations of the Fund, by approximately 0.24% of the quota value,
taking as reference the day of October 21, 2022; What it turns out to be
equivalent to a total amount of USD$ 49,235.69.-, with the following
characteristics:

The distributions indicated above, will be paid as of Thursday, October 27,
to contributors who are registered in the respective register of contributors

Bank current account that each contributor indicates.
