From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of the provisions of the
provided in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9 e
second paragraph of Article 10%, both of Law No. 18,045; I communicate to you,
the following ESSENTIAL FACT regarding Ameris NM Guardian ll Fund
of Investment, hereinafter the “Fund”, managed by Ameris Capital
Administradora General de Fondos S.A (the “Administrator”).
In Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Administrator, held with
On April 5, 2023, the following was agreed:
1) Distribute a provisional dividend from the Fund, amounting to the amount
total of US$81,159.91.-, charged to the estimated net profit received
of the year 2023, by way of provisional dividends, considering
the number of installments subscribed and paid as of April 4, 2023, according to
