Provisional dividend.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and subsection
second of Article 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market and the provisions
in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and Portfolios
Individual, we communicate to you as an essential fact that Ameris Debt to
Mortgage Guarantee Investment Fund (the “Fund”), administered by Ameris Capital
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), in accordance with the
provided in Article 28.3 of its Rules of Procedure, which in Extraordinary Session of
Board of Directors of the Administrator held on June 17, 2022, it was agreed to distribute
a provisional dividend corresponding to the Fund, amounting to the total amount of
$ 400,000,000.-, charged to the estimated net profit received for the year 2022.

By virtue of the foregoing, the amount that would correspond to pay the Fund, considering the number
of installments subscribed and paid as of June 17, 2022, is as follows:
The aforementioned provisional dividend will be paid as of Friday, June 24,
2022, by bank transfer, to the current account indicated by the contributors who
are registered in the respective registry at midnight on the 5th? business day prior to the
payment date indicated.
