From our consideration,
Hereby, duly empowered for that purpose, by virtue of
of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 in relation to Article 9? and
second paragraph of Article 10%, both of Law No. 18,045; I communicate to you, the
next ESSENTIAL FACT regarding Ameris LGT Secondaries IV Fund of
Investment, hereinafter the “Fund”.
At Ameris Capital’s Extraordinary Board of Directors’ Meeting
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on April 28, 2023,
it was agreed to distribute an interim dividend amounting to the total amount of US$
1,032,812.07.- charged to the estimated net profit received for the year 2023,
distributed as follows:
